DescriptionA man's top hat made of black brushed silk (possibly beaver) with a black gosgrain decorative band. The hat features a cylindrical crown with a flat top and upturned brim. The interior is lined with cream colored silke with a brown leather hat band and green fabric under the brim. The hat is stored in an original hat box, see COS85.108b.
