DescriptionSmall beaded purse with kiss clasp (ball clasp) (COS84.38.1). Brass metal frame and brass chainlink handle. Bodhy of bag is entirely covered with gold and transparent beads. On each side, gold beads form four sets of three vertical stripes. White silk lining is fraying considerably. Inside is a small coin purse (COS84.38.2): white with black printed design depicting Asian scene. Clasps with snap button. This small change purse contains two pennies, one from 1930 and one from 1934.
