DescriptionA dickey or false shirt front made of starched cotton or linen. The garment is "U" shaped with a cotton band with elongated tabs at the neck. The band features three button holes. The center front of the dickey features a single button hole. A faint inscription at the lower proper left reads: "Wheeler.".
