Interior lined with cream silk faille, with additional cream lining stitched around inner heel. White insert insole with golden maker's mark: "Especially Yours / MORSE SHOES". Part of a matching ensemble; to be worn with Cos79.40 (evening dress) and Cos79.40b (bow and comb).
