DescriptionOne of a pair of Turkish slippers (a,b). The slipper is covered with blue felt except for a very narrow leather sole. The slipper is embellished with embroidered geometric motifs in silver thread on the toe with gold embroidery on the insole. There is a red and white silk pompom on the top of the toe and a smaller silk tassel on the back of the heel.
