DescriptionMakecup cape or capelet, roughly semi-circular in shape with large ruffle running along the neckline. The border of the cape is adorned with a stitched white corn, twisting and looping in irregular patterns. White lace edging. This cape was worn to protect clothing while applying makeup or doing hair.
