DescriptionTan melton cloth full swinging, 3/4 length behind, cut away in front; made in two tiers (attached) with edges scalloped by machine embroidery; trimmed with French knots of purple chenille; lining royal purple taffeta; ruffle of pleated purple velvet, cut on bias on upper tier and round the high flaring collar. .
