DescriptionCup with no handle. Porcelain, hard paste. Decoration: Blue underglaze painting with gold. Flower sprays with peonies. Red is overglaze. This is "Chinese Imari," a Chinese copying of the palette used on Japanese wares shipped out of the part of Imari while China was closed to trade in the 17th century.
