DescriptionPorcelain, feldspathic glaze. Partial tea set: three cups without handles (C524, 525, and 528); two saucers (C524, 525); and two cups with handles (C526, 527). Edges of all pieces scalloped. Cups with handles have foliate terminals. All sups and rims of saucers fluted. Central design in enamels; two birds in sepia on branch with green leaves and red berries, surrounded by ring of intertwining blue lines with blue star at each crossing. Main border is blue band outlined in gold with intertwining gold lines inside, inside of which a blue and gold line with intertwining serpentine lines of blue and gold leaves and blue and gold dots around it. Lesser border of alternate blue and gold dots.
