DescriptionPorcelain, with feldspathic glaze. Partial tea service: seven cups (no handles), four cups (with handles), ten saucers, pitcher with cover, sugar bowl (no cover), bowl, and caddy with cover and stand. Pitcher is small, bulbous at bottom, with thin neck; twisted band handles with foliate terminals. Cover on pitcher and cady both have strawberry finials. Sugar bowl has unusual shape, flared at rim to hold cover. Central medallion of blue flowers in wreath of two crossed branches in blue, sepia, pink, and purple, tied at bottom with sepia bow. Sprigs of sepia, pink, and purple with green leaves around medallion. Main border of blue band between black lines, with gold stars. Second border of alternate blue dots and gold and sepia husks. Stand for caddy has scalloped edge.
