DescriptionEarthenware. Lattice work dish (C272a) and tray (C272b). Transfer printed in blue on a white ground, with a scene showing a man, a boy and a pack animal (bullock) in front of a castle (India?), with a border of trees and flowers. The dish has a border of flowers around the inside and outside of the top and a handle on either end resembling twisted wood. Sides of the dish are lattice, and the edge of the tray.
