DescriptionPair of epaulets in a japanned tin box. Epaulets are gold in color with brass tassels and red lining underneath. "16" in white on blue circular background on top. Each epaulet is marked "left" or "right". Also in the tin box is a smaller container fastened to the bottom that holds a white fabric belt with gold buckle. Gilt brass, gilt bullion and wool. Named to Major Philip Sidney Coolidge.
