DescriptionA felt Campaign Hat, with a "montana peak" (four dimples, one in each corner). 4 ventilation holes, one at the base of each peak. A cloth band around the base tied in a flat bow (sewn onto the hat) at the left side, surrounded by a dark red cord circling the base twice, before meeting at the front in reddish tassels. Cord is held in place by the leather straps of the (broken) chin strap, passing through metal grommets on either side of the base. Brim is flat and wide, with no stitching at the edge. Sweat band is missing from inside hat. Faint, illegible serial number visible inside on the left side.
